These terms govern use of Effective Backlinks, including website submission, backlink listing management, paid plan activation, renewal, monitoring, and support.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Website submissions
You may submit only websites you own, control, represent, or are authorized to promote. Submitted content must be lawful, accurate, and must not contain malware, deceptive redirects, illegal products, impersonation, or rights-infringing material.
Review and status controls
Listings may be reviewed, activated, suspended, downgraded, expired, or deleted for policy, quality, payment, technical, or security reasons. Where an account email is available, the platform will queue an operational notice for material lifecycle actions.
Plans, renewal, and refunds
Paid plans remain active for the purchased period. Renewal reminders are informational and do not guarantee continued placement. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, completed digital placement and operational work is non-refundable after activation, except where required by applicable law.
No ranking guarantee
Backlinks can affect discovery and visibility, but no search-engine ranking, traffic, indexing, or revenue outcome is guaranteed. Search engines and third-party websites operate independently.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months.
